2D Matrix

The 2D Matrix is ideal for when you want to evaluate ideas across dimensions and enable discussio on which ideas to take forward.

When to use it:

When you want to evaluate ideas against two dimensions. The matrix should be configured before the session and participants score each idea across two dimensions. The results are displayed on a 2D matrix to encourage discussion.

There are two methods for doing a 2D Matrix - one participants score all ideas in a single batch, and one where participants score ideas one by one. Videos demonstrating the tool in each circumstance are below;
