I'm a participant and I'm having trouble logging in

As a participant, the following reasons may be the cause of you not being able to log in:

  1. The session hasn't started yet - you can only join the session once the host has started it
  2. The session code you are using is incorrect - check that the session code you are typing in is correct
  3. You are entering a participant code when you don't need to - if you're not trying to re-join a session you have left, you do not need to enter a participant code
  4. There is a technical issue - in this case, you will need to some to us for help. Please open the chat widget on the bottom right corner of this screen and ask for help.
